MORRISTOWN, N.J. – April 9, 2025 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to welcome Michael Nacchio back to the firm’s Morristown office as a shareholder. Michael returns to Ogletree Deakins after serving as Senior Labor and Employment Counsel at Mondelez International since 2023.
Michael has 15 years of legal experience, handling a diverse array of labor and employment matters for both private and public sector employers. He first joined Ogletree Deakins in 2017 as an associate and was elected as a shareholder in 2021 due to his leadership, mentorship, and extensive litigation experience. During his initial tenure, Michael ran a full litigation, advice, and counsel practice. In his role as senior in-house counsel for Mondelez International, Michael served as the primary labor and employment advisor for several business units, counseling on compliance investigations, employee separations, accommodations and leaves, and talent acquisition.
In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Michael’s practice includes advice on performance management, employment agreements, pay transparency, restrictive covenants, force reductions, and traditional labor issues. Michael also leads investigations, conducts workplace trainings, and creates client materials including contracts, handbooks, and workplace policies.
