Ogletree Deakins Welcomes Attorney Maureen Bogue as Shareholder in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO – November 24, 2025 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to welcome Maureen Bogue to the firm’s San Francisco office as a shareholder. Maureen joins Ogletree Deakins after working at multiple national and boutique law firms, and serving as in-house employment counsel for global company Bechtel.

As a distinguished employment law counselor and litigator, Maureen advises employers on a wide range of workplace issues, including leaves of absence, disability accommodations, wage and hour compliance, performance management, and workforce restructuring. She also has significant experience defending employers in wage and hour disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, failure-to-accommodate cases, and other employment-related matters.

Additionally, Maureen has over 20 years of experience conducting workplace investigations addressing a wide range of issues, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, pay equity, conflicts of interest, and fraud.
