Alexander regularly assists employers in defending litigation against individual plaintiffs and in class and collective actions. He represents employers in local, state, and federal courts, and before administrative agencies. He also has experience litigating under Title VII, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and related Georgia law. Alex routinely litigates issues of discrimination, reasonable accommodation, retaliation, restrictive covenants, and trade secret disputes. Additionally, he is a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and has mediated or participated in over 100 mediations.

Alex graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, Alex served as Research Editor for the Georgia State University Law Review and as both a competitor and a coach for the Georgia State University Moot Court. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia and the esteemed Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. During his undergraduate studies, Alex minored in Political Science and Music, earned a certificate in Sports Media from the John Huland Carmical Sports Media Institute, and spent four years as a mellophone player with the University of Georgia Redcoat Band.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys watching Georgia football, cooking, and traveling with his wife.
