• Assists and represents companies in disputes with former employees before the labor and administrative courts.
• Representing clients in the management of litigation proceedings initiated following an Economic Protection Plan.
• Representing a client in a dispute before the Regional Court for the offence of obstructing the work of a labor inspector.
