Amanda defends employers and management against California and Federal employment litigation claims including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, wrongful termination, and Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) matters, and other claims. Amanda handles all aspects of pre-litigation, litigation, and case management.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Amanda worked at a national all-service defense law firm defending clients in general liability claims with a concentration on employment claims and lawsuits including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.
