Amanda N. Mattson

Amanda Mattson is an immigration counsel attorney in the Morristown office of Ogletree Deakins. She advises clients in all aspects of immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1 and F-1 visas, as well as PERM processing and I-140 petitions. Amanda also has vast experience with exceptional ability petitions including O-1A, O-1B, and EB-1 extraordinary ability I-140 filings.

Amanda has counseled global clients across various industries, including education, financial services, healthcare, technology, bio-tech, as well as start-ups. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Amanda was an associate attorney at a large corporate immigration law firm, and also has experience as a humanitarian immigration attorney – working with clients on asylum, family-based immigration petitions, and defense from deportation.

Amanda graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she was a certified student attorney in the Immigration Practice Group, earning the Dean’s award for student performance.
