Amy K. Saechao

Client Team Counsel   |   Los Angeles

Amy K. Saechao is Client Team Counsel based in Ogletree’s Los Angeles office. She defends employers and management against California and Federal employment litigation claims including wage and hour disputes, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodation, wrongful termination, and other claims.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Amy worked for firms in the Los Angeles area, with a focus on civil litigation and a particular concentration on business disputes and employment claims, including PAGA and class action lawsuits.

Amy received her JD from Golden Gate University School of Law where she served as Co-Chair for the Moot Court Board and led her team to victory in national competition. Amy also received an LLM (Masters of Law) from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, in the area of Entertainment & Media Law.

While in law school. Amy received CALI and Witkin Awards for areas including Intellectual Property, Real Property, Appellate Advocacy, Constitutional Law, Brief Writing & Motion Advocacy, and Business Associations.

Prior to law school Amy attended Kennesaw State University in Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management, cum laude.
