Amy Howard is an associate in the Las Vegas office, where she defends employers in state and federal courts in all aspects of employment-related litigation.
Ms. Howard graduated cum laude from William S. Boyd School of Law, where she was Vice President of the Society of Advocates Moot Court Team and competed in multiple nation-wide moot court competitions. Prior to law school, Ms. Howard received a master’s degree in higher education from Grand Valley State University and worked at multiple universities where she specialized in risk management education and leadership development.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Howard was an associate at a national civil litigation firm where her practice focused on general liability, premises liability, tort, personal injury, and construction defect claims.
