Andrew is an associate in the Orange County office of Ogletree Deakins. He defends employers in litigation involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Andrew draws on over a decade of experience to help clients navigate high-risk disputes with strategic, goal-oriented representation.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Andrew represented plaintiffs in employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and defamation claims, giving him a unique perspective in defending employers. He has appeared before the EEOC, CRD, and EDD and has second-chaired FEHA jury trials resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts. His practice also includes real estate litigation, and he recently first-chaired a bench trial against a homeowners association, securing injunctive relief for his client.
Andrew earned his J.D. from Tulane Law School, where he served on the Maritime Law Journal, participated in the Civil Law Clinic, and completed over 250 hours of pro bono legal service. He also served as a Senator for the Graduate and Professional Student Association. He received his B.A. in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of British Columbia.
Born in South Korea and raised in Canada, Andrew enjoys playing golf with his family, making music, and spending time with his dog and two cats.
