Andrew Williams is an associate with Ogletree Deakins’ Tampa office.
Andrew has experience with both family-based and employment-based immigration. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Andrew advised corporate clients’ employees on their nonimmigrant and immigrant status, including H-1B, H-1B1, L-1A/L-1B, TN, and E-3, among other visa classifications. He also has experience filing PERM Labor Certification applications with the Department of Labor as well as employment-based I-140 petitions with USCIS (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3). He has experience working with a wide variety of clients in a number of industries, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, consulting, and professional services.
Andrew was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2016, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He holds his BA from the University of Texas at Austin, his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law, and his LL.M. from the University of Texas School of Law.
