Andrew Drozdowski counsels and advises employers on a wide range of business immigration matters and compliance. He helps companies obtain immigration benefits – work visas and green cards – for their employees. Mr. Drozdowski has extensive experience working with clients in the fields of information technology, consulting, finance, banking, insurance, law, sports, and entertainment. In addition to assisting employers with the transfer of their global workforce to the United States, he partners with clients to strategically develop and implement immigration policies that fit their business needs. Mr. Drozdowski has vast experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, and E-3 visas, as well as EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 (PERM-based) green cards. He also has experience with I-9 audits and compliance, as well as representing individuals at USCIS district offices for green card and naturalization interviews.
Mr. Drozdowski graduated from Boston College in 2000 and Albany Law School in 2010. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, he worked for an immigration law firm in New Jersey and New York City. Mr. Drozdowski is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and in the federal District of New Jersey, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the American Bar Association (ABA). Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Drozdowski worked in professional sports for the New York Red Bulls and the MetroStars of Major League Soccer.
