Anna Maria von Lieres und Wilkau, LL.M. (同济大学)

Anna Maria von Lieres und Wilkau joined the Berlin office of Ogletree Deakins as an attorney in September 2025. They obtained their law degree from Humboldt University in Berlin and subsequently earned a double master’s degree in Comparative Studies of German, European, and Chinese Law from Tongji University in Shanghai with a focus on corporate law.

During their legal clerkship, Anna worked at the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Germany, focusing on employee data protection, platform economics, and new emerging working models. They spent part of their legal clerkship at the Foreign Office of Germany in Hong Kong.

Anna advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labor and employment law.
