Anne is a strategic legal advisor and former General Counsel with operational experience across privacy, AI, technology transactions, intellectual property, corporate, employment, and regulatory compliance. A trusted business partner to organizations across multiple industries, from emerging growth to enterprise, Anne takes a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach—focused on efficient, scalable outcomes.
As part of her privacy and AI practice, Anne advises on U.S. privacy laws and regulations, including the CCPA, and counsels businesses navigating the intersection of AI, technology, and evolving legal frameworks. Anne also regularly authors industry articles and speaks on privacy and compliance matters.
Anne advises PEO and staffing companies of all sizes on compliance and regulatory matters and leads multi-state PEO licensing for the PEO practice group.
Anne previously served as General Counsel of a technology-forward consulting and services company and nationwide PEO—overseeing legal, compliance, licensing, IP, and corporate matters. Anne also led a broad regulatory function as Compliance Director spanning health and welfare benefits, HIPAA, ERISA, and multi-jurisdictional compliance across employment, licensing, and corporate matters.
Anne earned her J.D. with a Certificate of Specialization in International Law, with distinction.
