Anoop S. Kahlon

Anoop S. Kahlon is located in the firm’s Buffalo office, where his practice encompasses all aspects of labor and employment law. Anoop has extensive experience in counseling and defending clients facing employment and labor issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, and other labor law claims. In addition to state courts, he has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Anoop also represents and counsels employers on labor relations matters, including union issues, grievances, and arbitrations. Anoop handles matters from inception through completion, including legal research and writing, preparation of pleadings and other legal documents, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and court appearances. In addition to employment law, his experience includes practicing healthcare, insurance, and corporate law.

Anoop graduated from the University of Guelph (Canada) with a B.Sc. in Biological Science. Thereafter, he attended Syracuse University College of Law, where he received his law degree. While at Syracuse, Anoop interned with a mid-sized employment law firm in Washington, D.C., where he gained litigation experience working on cases involving discrimination, harassment, ERISA, fraud, and whistleblowers.

Outside of the office, Anoop enjoys golf, soccer, basketball, and travelling with his wife.
