Tony DeCristoforo is the managing shareholder in the Sacramento office. For over 25 years, Tony has represented employers in California in complex, high stakes litigation.  He has a long track record of successfully defending clients in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitrations. He has extensive experience handling wage and hour class actions and claims for discrimination, wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Tony also represents businesses in a variety of civil actions, including unfair competition, trade secret, breach of contract and business tort lawsuits.

Tony proactively counsels clients in developing policies and practices designed to ensure compliance with California’s ever-changing employment law requirements.  He advises employers regarding day-to-day personnel matters, and actively partners with clients to minimize their risk and exposure to employment law claims.
