Ashlee N. Williams

Ashlee Williams is an associate attorney in Ogletree Deakins’ Richmond office. Ashlee’s practice focuses on litigation and assisting employers with allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and related issues. Ashlee has successfully helped clients before agencies and courts at the local, state, and federal levels. She has experience handling discrimination matters involving race, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and disability.

Ashlee also has experience conducting workplace investigations for client and providing advice regarding employment-related company policies, procedures, and best practices. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ashlee worked at a firm in downtown Richmond where she acquired hands-on litigation experience in employment and class action matters.

In her personal time, Ashlee enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family.
