Aurélie Lemettre was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014 and joined Ogletree Deakins as Counsel in July 2024.
Aurélie has developed a solid expertise in managing transformation and/or reorganisation projects. She advises companies and groups on the definition of their employment strategy and the choice of the best legal instrument (collective redundancies for economic reasons, employment protection plans, collective redundancy agreements, PPIM agreements). She also assists them throughout the implementation of the project, in particular during information and consultation procedures, negotiations with trade
unions and relations with the authorities (validation/approval of employment protection plans, authorisation of redundancies/transfer of protected employees, revitalisation of employment areas).
Aurélie also assists companies and groups on a day-to-day basis at all stages of the employment relationship, including the mobility/departure of managers or employees, annual consultations with staff representatives, collective bargaining, professional elections and industrial action.
Aurélie also assists companies with individual and collective disputes.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Aurélie worked for 3 years at a law firm specialising in labour law and then for 7 years at August Debouzy as a senior associate.
