Brittany M. Johnson

Brittany represents employers in single-plaintiff matters, with a particular emphasis on litigation matters. She also advocates for firm clients in various non-employment disputes, including personal injury and contract issues. Brittany has successfully litigated cases from inception to verdict, leveraging her courtroom experience to approach each case with a jury-focused perspective. These skills enable her to deliver practical solutions and insightful counsel, whether or not the matter proceeds to trial.

Beyond her professional work, Brittany is a board member of Women Lawyers of Sacramento, a non-profit organization committed to advancing the interests of women in the legal profession and the broader community. She is also an active member of the Wiley Manuel Bar Association, an association of attorneys in the Sacramento area dedicated to promoting the economic, political, educational, and social interests of the community, with a special focus on the Black community.
