Brooke D. Pfleeger

Brooke Pfleeger is a member of Ogletree Deakins’ Knowledge Management Department, serving as Knowledge Management Counsel. In her role, Brooke is responsible for capturing and organizing the firm’s collective knowledge, allowing attorneys and others to work more efficiently and in sync. For example, Brooke curates collections of practice notes, checklists, model documents, and other resources. She also regularly trains attorneys and paralegals on the firm’s internal-facing self-service tools and client-facing solutions. In addition, she helps several of Ogletree Deakins’ practice and industry groups develop, capture, and manage their work product and expertise, increasing collaboration among group members and across the entire firm.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Brooke was an associate at a competitor labor and employment law firm for almost six years. During that time, Brooke represented employers in all aspects of employment law litigation and in administrative matters before state and federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Arizona Civil Rights Division. Brooke also regularly advised employers on a wide range of workplace matters, including hiring issues, policies and procedures, leaves, investigations, discipline, and termination.

In addition to her years in practice, Brooke served as a judicial extern and law clerk to the Honorable James A. Teilborg, United States Senior District Judge for the District of Arizona. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Z. Boyle, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Arizona.
