Burton L. Reiter

Mr. Reiter’s extensive experience includes advising on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, discipline and discharge, reorganizations and reductions-in-force, corporate policies, and wage and hour matters under various federal laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), The Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), Title VII of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (“USERRA”) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and their various state counterparts. Mr. Reiter’s traditional labor experience includes defense of unfair labor practice charges and the handling of numerous labor arbitrations.
