Caleb represents management in complex employment and labor matters, with a practice spanning employment litigation and aviation labor and whistleblower work.
A third of Caleb’s practice focuses on employment litigation in federal and state courts. Caleb also counsels clients through the administrative process, regularly handling EEOC charges from intake through resolution.
In the aviation sector, Caleb represents airlines in matters under the Railway Labor Act. This work includes labor arbitrations and accretion applications before the National Mediation Board. Caleb’s aviation work also includes handling whistleblower retaliation complaints arising under the Wendell H. Ford Aviation Investment and Reform Act for the 21st Century (AIR21) before the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges and appeals to the Administrative Review Board.
