Carolyn E. Sieve

Carolyn represents employers in litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Her practice focuses on single-plaintiff and multi-party disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage-and-hour claims, and trade secret misappropriation. She also has significant experience defending wage- and-hour class, collective, and representative actions, including those involving claims under the California Private Attorneys General Act.

In addition to her litigation practice, Carolyn provides business-oriented legal counsel to employers and conducts workplace investigations.

Carolyn’s clients include small-business, multi-state, and global companies in the healthcare, staffing, retail, technology, transportation, logistics, government contractor, construction, entertainment, restaurant, and hospitality industries.

Upon her graduation from law school, Carolyn served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas Tang of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
