Chelsea has been representing and counseling companies in employment matters for over a decade, including whistleblower, harassment, discrimination, misclassification and wage and hour claims.
Chelsea earned a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a B.A. in Comparative Literature from the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to being admitted, she was a full-time judicial extern for Judge Saundra Brown Armstrong of the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
