Christina co-chairs the firm’s Drug Testing practice group. She is a subject matter expert on workplace drug testing and marijuana issues, and regularly advises and counsels clients regarding marijuana, Narcan, and DOT and non-DOT drug testing. She is well-versed in substance abuse policy reviews, and a frequent speaker and blogger on marijuana, opioids, and related workplace issues and concerns.
Christina is also a skilled litigator, defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, in federal and state court, and before administrative agencies. She regularly assists employers with issues as they develop in real time, conducts workplace training, and advises on other preventative measures.

Christina began her legal career as a litigator in the medical malpractice practice group of a national firm’s Las Vegas, Nevada office. She soon transitioned to a labor and employment practice, joining Ogletree’s Las Vegas office, and eventually returning her home state of Indiana (go Hoosiers!) in 2015.
Christina is a proud mother to two young children. She is a music lover, piano player, and baker of excellent pies.
