Christina co-chairs the firm’s Drug Testing practice group. She is a nationally recognized subject matter expert on workplace drug and alcohol testing and marijuana issues, and she regularly advises clients regarding the rapidly changing landscape surrounding marijuana legalization laws, both DOT and non-DOT drug testing, ADA implications in the drug testing/marijuana space, and naloxone/Narcan, among other areas. Christina has ample experience crafting and reviewing workplace drug and alcohol policies, and she frequently speaks and blogs about various drug testing and marijuana-related issues.
Christina is also a skilled and veteran litigator with over 20 years of experience, with most of her experience in the first chair role. She vigorously defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, in federal and state court, and before administrative agencies. She regularly assists employers with issues as they develop in real time, conducts workplace training on harassment, the ADA accommodation process, and reasonable suspicion drug testing, and advises on other preventative measures.

Christina has been recognized by her peers through her inclusion in Best Lawyers for Employment Law – Management and Litigation – Labor and Employment. She began her legal career as a medical malpractice defense litigator in Las Vegas, Nevada but transitioned to a labor and employment practice a few years later. Christina practiced in Ogletree’s Las Vegas office for three years and eventually returned to her home state of Indiana in 2015.
Outside of work, Christina is a proud mother to two young children. She is a music lover, piano player, die-hard fan of the Indiana Hoosiers, Vanderbilt Commodores, and Indianapolis Colts, and baker of excellent pies.
