Clara Bles joined Ogletree Deakins as an associate in the Employment Law Department in June 2026.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, Clara advises French and international companies on a broad range of employment law matters, both in advisory and litigation contexts, covering individual and collective labor relations.
She regularly assists clients with reorganization projects involving collective redundancies and collective mutual termination agreements. She also advises employers on the negotiation and drafting of collective bargaining agreements, as well as the organization and management of employee representative elections.
In addition, Clara represents employers before labor and civil courts and provides day-to-day advice on employment law issues, including individual and collective dismissals, discrimination, harassment, workplace health and safety, and employment-related criminal law matters.
