Collin Cresap is an employment litigator in the San Diego office of Ogletree Deakins. He represents employers in California state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation. His practice focuses on single-plaintiff matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, wrongful termination, and related workplace claims. He also has experience with wage-and-hour claims and representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Collin handles matters from initial assessment through resolution, including factual investigations, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, settlement, and trial preparation. He works closely with employers and their human resources and legal teams to evaluate risk, develop practical litigation strategies, and pursue outcomes aligned with their business objectives.
Collin earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law and his B.S., with honors, from the University of California, San Diego. A native San Diegan, Collin enjoys spending time with his family and exploring San Diego with his two children.
