Courtney Lee joins Ogletree Deakins for management side employment law matters in a multitude of business sectors, including healthcare-focused employers, as Of Counsel in the Las Vegas, Nevada office. She also manages wage and hour, Title VII age, race, and sexual discrimination, and wrongful termination claims both at the administrative level – the Nevada Equal Rights Commission (NERC), United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and in litigation.  Courtney advises about separation agreements, non-competition agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), employer handbooks, and reduction in force (RIF). 

With over 20 years of litigation experience, she contributes a repository of expertise from negotiating settlements, to architecting legal strategies for positive outcomes.

Further, Courtney’s position as General Counsel for a Nevada State regulatory board has enabled her to understand a governmental regulatory body for effective representation.

Her Master’s degree in Business Administration provided the foundation for a focused awareness of the integrated business concerns attendant with the provision of legal counsel.  In her available time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and golfing.
