Courtney Lee joins Ogletree Deakins for management side employment law matters as of counsel in the Las Vegas, Nevada office. She also handles wage and hour, and discrimination claims. With over 20 years of litigation experience, she contributes a repository of expertise. Further, Courtney’s position as General Counsel for a Nevada State regulatory board has enabled her to understand the machinations of a governmental regulatory body for effective representation. Her Master of Business Administration facilitated a focused awareness of the integrated business concerns attendant with the provision of legal counsel.
