Courtney is passionate about serving and defending clients in complex employment law matters. Her practice focuses on class action, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and single plaintiff litigation.
Courtney earned her law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. During her time in law school, she served as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Editor of the UC Davis Law Review and as the External Competition Chair for the Moot Court Honors Board. She also contributed as a teaching assistant for first-year law students and conducted pro bono work for the UC Davis Civil Rights Clinic.
Courtney earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from California State University, Sacramento, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding complex statistical data, which often arises in wage and hour cases.
