Cynthia is an associate in the Morristown office. She focuses her practice in the area of employment litigation and counseling and works on a range of employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, and wage and hour claims. Cynthia also provides advice to employers with employee and policy-related matters. Fluent in Spanish, Cynthia conducts employee harassment training in both English and Spanish and assists employers with internal investigations by interviewing Spanish-speaking employees.

Cynthia has experience with representing clients in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Her background includes representing private and public sector clients with claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, wrongful termination, family and medical leave, failure to accommodate and wage and hour. Cynthia also has experience handling confidential, independent investigations concerning allegations of improper workplace behavior and company violations. Cynthia has also counseled clients on management issues, including accommodation requests and revisions to employee handbooks, with a focus on minimizing risk of litigation.

Cynthia clerked with the Honorable Greta Gooden Brown, at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. She is a member of the John C. Lifland American Inn of Court and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. At Seton Hall Law, Cynthia was a member of Law Review and also served as co-president of the Latin American Law Students Association (LALSA).
