Dan Kalter is an associate in the Tampa office. Dan has represented both private and public sector employers in labor and employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and whistleblowing cases. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Dan worked as an associate at a boutique labor and employment law firm where he represented employers on a variety of employment law matters.
Dan attended Wake Forest University where he earned a degree in Politics and International Affairs. Dan went on to graduate cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law with a concentration in business law.
