Devon A. DeMarco

Devon DeMarco is Client Team Counsel based out of Ogletree’s Chicago office. An experienced trial attorney and counselor, her practice focuses on wage and hour arbitration.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Devon honed her litigation skills as prosecutor before moving into the private sector. She has experience in matters dealing with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She has also taught undergraduate and graduate-level courses in workplace law at the University of Maine.

Devon earned her Juris Doctor with a Concentration in Health and Biomedical Law from Suffolk University Law School in 2012, where she was a member of the Journal for Trial and Appellate Advocacy and Moot Court Honor Board. Prior to law school, Devon earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The College of New Jersey. In her free time, Devon enjoys golfing and painting.
