Douglas D. Clark

Douglas Clark is an associate in the Los Angeles office. His practice includes  wage and hour class actions, single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims; as well as disability access litigation and prevailing wage compliance. Thus far, Douglas has assisted in updating the LexisNexis treatise on the Americans with Disabilities Act Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities, contributing research and analysis on Title III accessibility standards applicable to public accommodations and commercial facilities.

Douglas earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2025, and his B.A. from San Diego State University. While in law school, he served as Co-President of the American Constitution Society and as Senior Articles Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review. In that role, Douglas authored two substantive case publications: Fontevecchia and D’Amico v. Argentina and Flores Bedregal et al. v. Bolivia, both addressing international human rights obligations and state accountability under regional human rights frameworks. During law school, Douglas also developed a strong interest in U.S. constitutional interpretation and served as a research assistant to Professor Kimberly West-Faulcon, James P. Bradley Chair in Constitutional Law. In that role, he conducted extensive legal research supporting Professor West-Faulcon’s scholarship, including her article Affirmative Action and the Constitution. Throughout law school, Douglas also externed for judges in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, including the Chief Judge.

In his spare time, Douglas enjoys attending Church outings, barbecuing, and watching Alabama football.
