Elizabeth A. Marshall specializes in the defense of employers across a wide range of workplace matters and industries. Her practice includes defending against wage and hour claims, actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and disputes involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Lizzy graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as Articles Research Editor for the San Diego Law Review. During law school, she gained invaluable experience through judicial externships with the Honorable Cynthia A. Bashant and William V. Gallo at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Additionally, Lizzy represented tenants in unlawful detainer actions through USD’s Housing Rights Legal Clinic.
