Emily is an associate attorney in the Tampa office of Ogletree Deakins, concentrating her practice on various employment law matters.
Emily graduated, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, she served as the Executive Editor of Stetson Law Review and the Research Editor of Stetson Business Law Review. Emily’s peers acknowledged her for her leadership and diligence by awarding her the Outstanding Assistant Editor Award and Outstanding Editor Award on Stetson Law Review and the Visionary Leadership Award on Stetson Business Law Review. Emily’s work on assisted reproduction and commercial law was selected to be presented at the Law Review’s semi-annual Scholarship Luncheon and was selected for publication in Stetson Law Review as a student author, ultimately earning the Elizabeth M. Leeman Award for the best student work published each year in the Law Review. Emily obtained her bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University, working full-time during the last year of her studies for a national cinema chain as an hourly manager, focusing on human resources and operations management.
