Emily represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters in court and before federal and state agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the Department of Labor. She also prepares and revises employee handbooks, personnel policies,  employment agreements and assists with workplace investigations.

While in law school, Emily interned for Judge Matthew Maddox on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and at the National Labor Relations Board.
