Emma E. Robertson

Located in the Kansas City office of Ogletree Deakins, Emma is an associate who supports clients with employment matters ranging from local, state, and federal agency proceedings to single-plaintiff and class and collective action litigation in Missouri and Kansas.

Emma worked in human resources prior to law school and finds that experience especially valuable when advising clients. During law school, she served as Lead Articles Editor of the UMKC Law Review, assisted with the UMKC Expungement Clinic as a Rule 13 certified student, and interned with the U.S. Department of Labor-Office of the Solicitor. She joins Ogletree with excellent experience gained from her time at a national labor and employment firm.
