Erin Bagwell

Erin is an associate in the Greenville office specializing in business immigration. She assists corporate clients with a variety of immigration matters including non-immigrant visas, immigrant petitions, permanent residency applications, and labor certifications through various government agencies. She has comprehensive experience handling USCIS requests for evidence (RFEs) for clients spanning a variety of industries.

A native of Clinton, SC, Erin earned her B.A. in International Studies from the University of South Carolina, where she studied abroad in Ghana, Oman, and Jordan. She received her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law. During law school, Erin served on the German Law Journal and worked with the Community Legal Practice Center, representing clients in a variety of civil matters.
