Erin M. Cole

Erin Cole is an associate in the Orange County office of Ogletree Deakins, where her practice focuses on a variety of employment litigation matters, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Erin represents employers of all sizes in both state and federal court, as well as in mediation and arbitration.

Erin is vastly experienced in handling all aspects of pre-litigation claims and pre-trial litigation, including conducting investigations, drafting motions and pleadings, discovery, and attending court hearings on our clients’ behalf. Erin’s prior experience includes defending employers against Child Victim Act litigation and defending major car manufactures against lemon law litigation.

A graduate of New York Law School, Erin began her legal career practicing in New York and New Jersey. She moved back to her home town of Orange County, California in 2022.

When not practicing law, Erin enjoys spending time with her Golden-Irish Retriever, Leroy, and cooking.
