Devon specializes in advising and defending employers of all sizes on a wide range of labor and employment matters. His representation includes compliance and litigation under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the National Labor Relations Act, defamation of employees, and employment contract law. Devon also has substantial experience litigating disputes involving restrictive covenant agreements and advising employers on navigating these issues.

With extensive experience defending employers in litigation and trials across state and federal courts nationwide, Devon has also handled numerous cases before the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other state employment commissions. He collaborates closely with employers to prevent issues from escalating into litigation by advising on best practices for managing workplace risk and providing training.

While in law school, Devon served as the editor-in-chief of Volume 13 of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law.
