Isabel represents employers and management in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, she gained broad litigation experience across a range of practice areas, including civil commercial litigation, governmental investigations, whistleblower litigation, and insurance litigation. This diverse background allows her to bring a well-rounded, strategic perspective to the employment matters she now works on. She draws on these experiences to provide practical, business-minded counsel to her clients.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Isabel earned two separate magna cum laude degrees in Political Science and International Business. She then graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as a student attorney in the Small Business and Community Economic Development Clinic and held internships with several federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Isabel is a member of the Oklahoma and the District of Columbia bars.
