Isabella is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office where she represents employers in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, and in proceedings before various administrative agencies, including the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and California Department of Fair Employment & Housing (DFEH). Isabella’s practice includes wage and hour and misclassification class actions, workplace investigations, and single-plaintiff cases where she has assisted clients facing claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination.

Isabella received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School’s accelerated 2-year SCALE Program and she received her B.A. from the University of Southern California majoring in Philosophy, Politics and Law and Critical Studies in Film and Television. During law school, Isabella was a part of Southwestern Law School’s Trial Advocacy Honors Program where she competed against other law students in a mock-trial setting.
