Jack practices in all areas of employment law. With experience in employment litigation and representing companies in a variety of unfair competition claims, Jack helps clients to efficiently solve problems. Jack is attune to the dynamic landscape of employment law and monitors legislative and administrative actions that modify the relationship between employers and their employees.
Jack received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where he graduated cum laude. Before law school, Jack attended Indiana University – Bloomington, where he graduated with highest distinction, was awarded Phi Beta Kappa, and was selected as a Founders Scholar.
While in law school, Jack served as a summer clerk to the Solicitor General of Indiana, where he assisted in pending litigation on behalf of the state in state courts, federal district courts, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Also while in law school, Jack spent a summer as a Special Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer of the Indianapolis Colts.
A seventh generation Hoosier, Jack lives in downtown Indianapolis and is a blindingly loyal fan of all Indiana sports teams. Additionally, Jack is a member of The Penrod Society and involved in the art community of Central Indiana.
