James represents a variety of management clients in employment litigation in Ogletree’s Washington, D.C. office, including clients in the hospitality, construction, and manufacturing fields. Joining Ogletree as an associate after graduating from The George Washington University Law School, his practice includes advising and navigating clients through litigation in federal and state courts, as well as through investigations conducted by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state agencies.
James’s experience with employment law enables him to best serve and advocate for clients in a range of employment-related disputes, including matters involving claims of discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability and religious accommodations, and whistleblower complaints.
