Jamie represents employers in a wide range of employment matters before federal and state agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and in state and federal courts zealously defending employers against claims involving all forms of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, accommodation claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and wage and hour violations. In addition to litigation, Jamie also conducts workplace investigations and prepares and revises employee handbooks, personnel policies, and employment agreements.
After law school, Jamie worked as a Law Clerk for the Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board, an appeals board within the U.S. Department of Labor.
