Jane represents employers in a variety of labor and employment litigation matters in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Jane worked at a D.C.-based law firm in its Antitrust Group, focusing on pursuing and maximizing claims in complex antitrust settlements on behalf of a broad range of national clients. Jane also has extensive commercial civil litigation experience, representing a variety of clients in complex litigation matters in California and Arizona.
