Jean-Marc Albiol is the founding partner of Ogletree Deakins, established in France in 2017.
His main areas of practice and intervention are collective bargaining, support for corporate reorganizations and transfers, Social Security law and high-stakes collective and individual litigation (whistleblowing, discrimination). He has developed particular expertise in internal investigations, which he conducts for major French and international groups on sensitive issues such as corruption and harassment.
In addition to his consulting and litigation work, which he carries out mainly for major French and international groups, he is a regular lecturer on employment law in the Master 2 DPRT program at the University of Paris II, and is the author of numerous articles published in labor law journals on topical issues.
He is a regular speaker at national labor law conferences (Rencontres du Droit Social, Assises du droit social, UIMM national days).
Jean-Marc Albiol is ranked as one of France’s leading employment lawyers in prestigious national and international guides such as Chambers Europe and Legal 500 EMEA, where he is listed as a “Recommended Lawyer”, and is regularly awarded “Best Lawyers” in the “Labor & Employment Law” category in France.
