Jeffrey A. Bove

Jeff practices in employment litigation and arbitration representing employers of all sizes. Jeff has extensive experience in complex litigation, and has defended matters throughout all stages of litigation, from pre-suit discovery through trial. Jeff believes that understanding the nuances of each case and industry is critical in order to provide a favorable outcome for his clients. Jeff prides himself on working with managers and decision makers in order to develop and execute litigation strategies designed to meet unique client objectives, while defending and resolving any particular matter. His experience includes defending claims filed under various state and federal laws applicable to the modern day employment relationship. Jeff also advises clients on proactive measures to help reduce the risk of litigation and limit exposure.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Jeff practiced with a Detroit area medical malpractice litigation firm, handling a variety of matters relating to professional liability claims and medical licensing investigations. While attending Wayne State University Law School, Jeff interned at the Michigan Supreme Court, and clerked in the Office of General Counsel for a major health insurance provider.
