Jennifer L. Pacicco

Jennifer is an employment litigator and counselor in Ogletree’s Philadelphia office. Jennifer defends employers in federal court employment discrimination litigation, including claims arising under Title VII, the ADA, and the FMLA. She has secured favorable outcomes in nine dispositive motions—including six summary judgments and three motions to dismiss—in single-plaintiff cases across a range of industries, including retail and manufacturing.

Jennifer brings the same strategic rigor to her counseling practice, advising national employers on complex multi-state compliance issues. She regularly advises clients on multi-state drug testing programs—particularly where testing protocols intersect with ADA obligations—and drafts drug testing policies for employers operating across multiple jurisdictions. Jennifer also counsels clients and presents on pay transparency and salary-inquiry laws as these requirements continue to expand at the state and local level.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Jennifer served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky in the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Jennifer received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, cum laude. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lois H. Goodman in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Cheryl Ann Krause in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She also worked as a Student Works Editor for the Villanova Law Review and was a member of the Public Interest Scholar’s Program.
