Jennifer Caringal is an employment litigator in the San Diego office of Ogletree Deakins. Jennifer brings extensive experience navigating high-stakes, complex class actions and individual disputes. She has developed and executed litigation strategies, handled complex discovery, and represented clients in all phases of litigation.
Most recently, Jennifer served as in-house litigation counsel for a restaurant and hospitality company operating 2,000+ locations nationwide. There, she directly litigated employment and commercial disputes, collaborated with outside counsel, conducted internal investigations, and advised on litigation risk. Previously, Jennifer practiced at a national litigation firm, representing institutional investors in complex class actions.
